CTC Marine Projects can provide supporting equipment as part of an installation and burial spread, which includes passive heave compensators and a 2000te carousel.

CAROUSEL

The 2000te carousel has a maximum lay speed of 1200 metres per hour for the deployment of flexible pipelines, umbilicals and power cables up to 400mm in diameter. Its modular design, which includes a deck mounting system, enables rapid mobilisation and demobilisation on the vessel of opportunity without the need for welding the carousel structure to the deck.

PHC 1

With a Safe Working Load of 180te at Sea State 5 the Passive Heave Compensator 1 can take sheave up to 2,250mm diameter and 83mm groove diameter with a maximum rope speed of 160m/min.

PHC 2

With a Safe Working Load of 200te at Sea State 5 the Passive Heave Compensator 2 is mounted onto the deck with a horizontal moving sheave mounted between the winch and A frame. It can accommodate product up to 2,250mm diameter and 90mm groove diameter.
