(Born 1971) With a Masters in Engineering and advance education in finance and management, Mr. Bardsen has over 15 years of experience with subsea technology and subsea operations. He served in a strategic advisory role within the DeepOcean Group whereby he worked directly for the Chief Executive Officer and acted as primary liaison between DeepOcean and the rest of DeepOcean Group with respect to operations and strategic planning. His various roles at DeepOcean ranged from Engineering Manager to Director of Technology. Prior to then, Mads served as a senior project engineer for Stolt Offshore, now Acergy.

Mr. Henriksen has a M.Sc. in Business and Economics in finance and accounting from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and a Master in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Mr. Henriksen has been with DeepOcean since March 2007. Prior to that he has been working as Finance Manager in Conseptor ASA, Fatland Ølen AS and Hydro Aluminium. Mr. Henriksen is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Haugesund, Norway.

Mr. Sørdal has B. Sc. degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Contract Administration from the University in Stavanger (UiS) and has more than 20 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas and shipping industry. He joined DeepOcean from a position as Manager, Procurement and Contracts in Teekay Petrojarl Offshore. Prior to that he worked 5 years in Teekay Shipping, holding various positions within business development for the shuttle tanker and offshore markets. He has also worked 11 years with Aker Engineering in Oslo, latest as manager of the Tender and Contracts department. Mr. Sørdal is a Norwegian citizen with r?sidence in Haugesund, Norway.

Mr. Bachmann has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He has previous been working for Acergy in various positions within Engineering and Operations. He has been employed in DeepOcean since 2004, where his previous roles has been as Lead Engineer, Offshore Manager and Engineering Manager. Mr. Bachmann is a Norwegian citizen and lives in Haugesund, Norway.

Mr. Mæland has a M.Sc. in Materials Technology Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a business economist degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Mr. Mæland has been with DeepOcean since February 2007. Prior to joining DeepOcean he has held various positions in Hydro Aluminum Norway and Austria, within engineering and process development. Mr. Mæland is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Haugesund, Norway.

Mr. Trøen has an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He joined DeepOcean in 2007 coming from position as QHSE Manager in FMC Biopolymer AS. Mr. Trøen has 20 years experience from various technical and operational managing positions within the chemical processing and pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Trøen is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Haugesund, Norway.
