It is the aim of DeepOcean to protect the safety and health of all personnel engaged in the company's activities and to comply with the achievement of high standards of environmental protection and quality of products in all phases of our operations.

We also aim to provide customers with a quality of service that meets requirements and expectations of our customers at all times. We achieve this by delivering outstanding products and services supporting our services by committed and experienced professionals who provide prompt and complete customer support and assistance.

The company's international activities are compliant with the management systems with the following certifications: 150-9001, 150-14001 and OHSAS- 18001 and applicable legislation. The management manual outlines the company management policy and the activities and procedures to be followed in the process of continuous improvement.

The ultimate responsibility for the management system rests with the President who has appointed qualified management representatives to ensure effective implementation and regularity in monitoring. However, the day-to-day responsibility for compliance and implementation of documented instructions and procedures, lays with each regional unit and all DeepOcean personnel, whether permanent, temporary or subcontracted. Everyone is responsible for carrying out their work in a manner that will not risk their own, theirr colleagues’ health or safety as well as preventing pollution of the environment.

The following key statements are made on behalf of DeepOcean:

• We shall continually strive to improve the way we work, both as individuals and as a company, by monitoring our performance and encourage the feedback of constructive comments.
• We shall ensure that all personnel within the company are given the necessary information, instruction and training to enable them to perform their work and fulfill their responsibilities and obligations.
• By continued management commitment and a process of continuous improvement we shall ensure that planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance and disposal of assets are carried out in a safe, healthy and environmentally-compliant manner.
• We shall ensure that resources are made available to enable the company to continue to operate effectively and simultaneously ensure that the Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality matters of resulting operations is maintained to required standards.
• We shall provide a working culture that emphasises the underlying belief that all accidents, ill health and incidents are preventable and that the potential risks from our activities are assessed and minimized.
