Track Record and Alliances

CTC Marine Projects is passionate about building a successful track record, which is brought about through the experience of its employees, the reliability of its technology and the commitment of its supply chain and strategic alliances

In the last 18 years, CTC has successfully completed over 120 trenching and cable installation projects ranging in scope, value and complexity.

Projects have recently been undertaken for a client base including BP, Subsea 7, Alcatel/Lucent, CNOOC, ConocoPhillips, McDermott, NSW , EON, Shell and Statoil.

CTC’strack record comprises:

  • Approximately 15,000km of fibre optic cable and seismic array cable installed
  • 750km of control umbilical, power cable and flexible pipeline, trenched or installed
  • 850km of steel pipeline trenched

Alliances and Partnerships

CTC is keen to develop strategic alliances and partnerships with core suppliers and support networks in order to build a reliable supply chain, which will support CTC as it carries out repeat business but also as it expands into new markets and regions of the world.

CTC has established strategic partner alliances and frame agreements that work with its Engineering Department to strengthen its engineering capability and enable CTC to meet the demand of engineering services at peak times. It has also become a member of the newly launched Energi Coast, which is a group of leading energy sector companies in the North East of England who have come together to promote the extensive expertise of the regions offshore renewables sector.
