Graduate Engineers are fundamental to the progression and ongoing development of the Engineering capability with the Company. Through the Graduate Development Programme, the Company will ensure that they are developing the best engineers in the industry.

The Programme duration is three years and will provide training and development from a variety of methods:

Requirements

• A Bachelor (2:1 minimum requirement) or Masters Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant Engineering discipline
• Ability to work in the UK
