As a new employee you will be provided with a Personal Development Plan agreed between yourself and your Line Manager.

As an employee, there is the opportunity to participate in Company sponsored development activities and, where appropriate, to attend external courses that will provide the necessary skills required for the position held or any potential positions identified through the Company's Talent Management and Succession Planning Strategy.

The Talent Management and Succession Planning Strategy is one of the key drivers in CTC's Management Development Programme. The programme seeks to ensure that Managers are equipped with the core skills and competencies necessary to carry out their existing roles and any roles for which they have been identified as a potential short/medium or long term successor.

The Management Development Programme specifies and sources internal and external courses to equip CTC Managers with the skills necessary to serve the needs of its clients to the standards that they have become accustomed to and to ensure business success.
