Scope of Work:

The subsea structure reinforcement of the steel jackets at three different platforms in the Ekofisk field was achieved by pumping high-strength concrete (grout) into designated members, thereby increasing the compressive strength in the range + 100 - 200%, depending on size and length. Pre-route Survey was also included in the same contract. Further, some debris recovery on the LoFS route has been performed under the contract.

DeepOcean provided project management, operational planning, engineering, mobilization/demobilization, vessel, offshore crew and had the overall responsibility of the operations. The Ekofisk Structure Reinforcement Project was successfully completed without serious injuries or damages to equipment. Bonuses were awarded for both quality and HSE achievements in the project!
